Provisions Pocketbook membership renewals. Our Provisions Pocketbook membership grants you access to the Provisions Pocketbook resources as described at the time of purchase. This membership is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew at the end of its term. The membership is valid for one year, as indicated during the purchase process. Upon expiration, your access to membership benefits will end unless you manually purchase a new membership term. Your membership will not renew automatically. You will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase a new membership. We may send courtesy reminders near the expiration date, but it is your responsibility to renew manually if continued access is desired.

Central Voice subscription renewals. By enrolling in a Central Voice subscription with EdPsych in my Pocket Ltd, you agree to an automatically renewing subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each yearly billing cycle unless you cancel it in accordance with these Terms of Use. You authorise EdPsych in my Pocket Ltd to charge the payment method you provided for the recurring subscription fee. The charge will occur on the first day of each renewal period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Renewal Reminders.  A renewal reminder will be sent to the email address you have provided upon purchasing any membership or subscription with EdPsych in my Pocket 7 days before the renewal expires.

Payment Method and Expired Cards for Central Voice Renewals. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If your payment card has expired or becomes otherwise invalid at the time of renewal: (1) We will attempt to notify you via email and allow you to update your payment information. (2) We may retry the charge using the stored payment method or any updated method you provide. (3) Your |Subscription benefits may be paused or suspended until valid payment is received. (4) If we are unable to process payment after multiple attempts, your Subscription may be cancelled at our discretion.

Cancellations. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods. Pricing and billing frequency are detailed at the point of purchase and may change with notice. If we update pricing, you will be notified in advance and have the opportunity to cancel before the next billing cycle. Central Voice subscribers must cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next renewal cycle.

All payments are due at the time of purchase. All membership or subscription payments are non-refundable with the exception of the 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, please do get in touch via the contact link on this website within 14 days and we will provide a full refund. If you cancel after 14 days, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining time.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, and can be deleted without altering the essence of these Terms of Use, the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force or effect.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you through reasonable means, such as by posting the updated Terms of Use on our website. Continued use of your membership or subscription after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
