Central Voice
Creating an account and accessing the Central Voice activities

Create an account on www.centralvoice.co.uk which will give you access to the two free activities.

The Starter Pack gives you 6 additional activities for a £60 annual subscription fee. When you subscribe to the Starter Pack your account dashboard will display all 8 activities (2 free plus additional 6) for you to use.

Create an account on www.centralvoice.co.uk which will give you the option to purchase the Starter Pack.

Login to your account as usual. On your dashboard click on the ‘Purchase Starter Pack’ button which will take you to the payment page. Once completed your account will update to a subscription account where you will be able to access all 8 activities (2 free plus 6 starter pack activities).

Our 2 free activities are available for unlimited use. The 6 additional Starter Pack activities are available for unlimited use during your subscription period.

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the product, please email us - hello@edpsychimnypocket.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.
Using the activities (Loading, navigating, downloading and saving)

Central Voice activities can be used on a desktop computer, laptop or standard iPad. They are not designed for use on mini iPads or mobile phones.

Each activity has a short video and text guidance demonstrating how it runs via the Learn More button. There is a PDF version of the activity instructions which includes additional ideas for use. This can be found on the Guidance tab on your dashboard.

Each activity opens in a new tab. You can prepare multiple activities in advance by opening them individually and they will appear in separate tabs on your device. It is then easy to switch between them when you are working with a child. You can download and save each activity once you have finished.

You can restart the activity at any point by choosing ‘Reset’ in the menu bar within each activity.

When each activity has been completed, you can download and save it to your device by clicking the download button in the menu bar within each activity. This will create a PDF file that you can save to your device. You can re-name them as you like so you can find them easily later. You may also screenshot the activity using your device’s functionality if you prefer this method.

No. We don’t store this data. To save completed activities, you must download them and save securely onto your device.

Activities should all load smoothly. If you find that an activity isn’t loading or isn’t loading fully, try refreshing your browser or try logging out and back in again. If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, you can contact us on support@edpsychinmypocket.co.uk and we will reply as soon as possible and at least within 48 hours.
Provisions Pocketbook
Accessing and using Provisions Pocketbook

Once you have purchased your membership, you will be emailed a link to the Provisions Pocketbook team which is hosted on the Padlet platform. Click on the link and you will be taken to the Padlet platform and asked to enter your email address to access the Team. Please note that a code will be sent to verify your email address with Padlet upon first use.

You will receive the link immediately after purchase. If it hasn't arrived, do check your junk folder in case.

Provisions Pocketbook provides more than one way to describe needs and interventions within each topic specific strand and bubble. Please use your professional judgement when deciding what information and resources are relevant for your client and select appropriately.

The Padlet you have purchased is not to be shared with colleagues. EdPsychinmyPocket will periodically review team members who are accessing resources and may take action if resources have been shared inappropriately.
Padlet account and Membership

If you already have a pre-existing Padlet account, the system will recognise your existing account, and you will simply be added to the Provisions Pocketbook team without this affecting your personal account. You can easily switch between your personal and Provisions Pocketbook Team accounts as needed.
To access the Provisions Pocketbook Team account, you will need to:
Select your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
Choose the profile that has “Team” next to it.
If you want the Provisions Pocketbook Team account to be the default when you log in, you can change this by:
Going to Settings.
Selecting Dashboard.
Changing the default library to the Provisions Pocketbook Team account.
